Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the website at spybix.in and the messaging service operated by OVN Technologies ("we", "us"). By using the site or by opting in to receive messages from us, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We send business notifications and, where you have opted in, promotional messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Messages are sent from templates approved in advance by Meta.

2. Consent

We message you only where you have given consent or where the message relates to something you ordered or booked. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing rajeshrovn@gmail.com.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details, and tell us if they change.
• Only give us a mobile number that belongs to you, or that you are authorised to provide.
• Do not use our messaging channel to send unlawful, abusive or fraudulent content.

4. Message delivery

Delivery depends on WhatsApp, your mobile network and your device. We cannot guarantee that any message will be delivered, or delivered at a particular time. Standard data charges from your provider may apply.

5. WhatsApp's terms

Messages are delivered over a platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, which form a separate agreement between you and Meta. We are not responsible for the availability of WhatsApp or for Meta's processing of your data.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design and trade marks on this site belong to OVN Technologies unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. WhatsApp and Meta are trade marks of their respective owners, used here for descriptive purposes only.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from a message that was delayed or not delivered. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown above.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [ADD YOUR CITY / STATE] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
