This policy explains what personal data OVN Technologies ("we", "us") collects when we communicate with you over WhatsApp and through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are
OVN Technologies operates the messaging service described on this site and is the data controller for the personal data covered by this policy.

2. What we collect
We collect only what is needed to send you the messages you asked for.

We do not collect payment card details, government identifiers, location data, or contact lists from your device. We do not buy phone number lists from third parties.
3. Why we use it
- To send messages you asked for — service notifications and, where you agreed, promotional messages.
- To respond to you when you reply to a message.
- To honour opt-outs — we must keep a record of your number precisely so we can avoid messaging it again.
- To keep records showing we had consent, as required by WhatsApp Business Platform policy.
- To fix problems, such as investigating why a message failed to deliver.
Our lawful bases are your consent for promotional messages, performance of a contract for messages about something you ordered or booked, and our legitimate interest in keeping suppression and consent records accurate.
4. Consent and opting out
We only send promotional messages to people who have opted in. You can withdraw that consent at any time, at no cost and without giving a reason.
- Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us. Your number goes onto our suppression list straight away.
- Email rajeshrovn@gmail.com asking to be removed. We action this within 7 days.
- Block the number in WhatsApp, which stops delivery at WhatsApp's end.
When you opt out we keep your number on a suppression list. That is deliberate: it is the only reliable way to make sure you are not contacted again. That record holds your number and the date, nothing else.
5. WhatsApp and Meta
Messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. To deliver a message we pass your number and the message content to Meta, and Meta processes that data under its own terms. Message content in WhatsApp is end-to-end encrypted in transit between WhatsApp clients.
Meta's handling of your data is governed by the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. We have no control over Meta's own processing and we are not responsible for it. Your use of WhatsApp is a relationship between you and Meta.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — to actually deliver WhatsApp messages.
- Our hosting provider — which stores our database on our behalf under contract.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, for example under a valid court order.
7. How long we keep it

8. How we protect it
- All web traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Access credentials and API tokens are encrypted before being stored.
- Access to the messaging system requires an individual account and password, with failed-login throttling.
- The database is not reachable from the public internet.
- We collect the minimum data needed, which limits what any incident could expose.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data and presents a risk to you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete your data (see below).
- Withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
Email rajeshrovn@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else.
10. Deleting your data
To have your personal data erased, email rajeshrovn@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, or send us a WhatsApp message from the number in question, with the subject "Delete my data".
We will delete your contact details, message history and delivery logs within 30 days and confirm once done. Your number stays on the suppression list so that you are not contacted again in future — that is the one record we keep, and it exists to protect you.
11. Children
Our service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell you before it takes effect.
