Spybix delivers order updates, service notifications and opt-in promotional messages through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Every recipient has given consent, every message carries a way out, and opt-outs are honoured immediately.
What we do
We operate messaging for our own business communications using Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Messages are sent only from templates reviewed and approved by Meta.
Notifications
Order confirmations, dispatch and delivery updates, appointment reminders and account alerts — sent when something actually happens.
Opt-in offers
Occasional promotional messages, sent only to people who explicitly asked to receive them. No purchased lists, ever.
Consent on record
We keep a record of when and how each person opted in, and we stop sending the moment they ask us to.
Your control over messages
You decide whether we message you, and you can change that decision at any time without giving a reason.
To stop receiving messages
Reply STOP to any message we send you on WhatsApp. Your number is added to our suppression list immediately and we will not message you again. You can also email us at rajeshrovn@gmail.com and we will remove you within 7 days. Blocking or reporting the number in WhatsApp also stops delivery.
How we work
Official platform only
We use Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We do not use unofficial tools, automation of personal WhatsApp accounts, or anything that breaches WhatsApp's terms.
Approved templates
Every message we send comes from a template submitted to and approved by Meta before it can be used.
Minimal data
A phone number, a name, and whatever the message itself needs. Nothing more, and never sold to anyone.
